Client to pay the invoice in full via Stripe, or another means of payment discussed with and approved by Songwriter within 5 to 7 days of the invoice being sent.

(Stage 1) Songwriter to have 1 to 3 audio sketches of the requested commission available via Google Drive for the Client to review within 15 to 20 days of receiving payment from the Client.

(Stage 2) Songwriter to have the draft of the track(s) requested for the commission available via Google Drive for the Client to review within 15 to 20 days of the Client approving the audio sketch for drafting.

(Stage 3) Songwriter to have the final package delivered via Google Drive for download within 5 to 10 days of the Client approving the draft(s) for finalization.

Songwriter owns both the songwriting copyright and master copyright of all commissions , unless stated otherwise via a written contract signed by both parties.

If there are any concerns or questions about copyright, the Client must contact the Songwriter and receive written permission for usage outside of the terms via a contract signed by both parties. Failure to do so would mean failure to follow TOS and therefore, Client will be requested to cease the use of the commission and may also be refused service in the future.

Client may use the commissioned track(s) for their brand as a content creator or the brand of the content creator they represent. This includes featuring the track(s) in videos, streams, and any promotional content to promote the Client and their brand, or the content creator they represent and their brand on social media networking services, broadcasting services, and video sharing services belonging to the parties mentioned at the time of the commission only.

Client may not distribute the track(s) made by the Songwriter for profit. This means that the Client cannot sell or distribute the track for monetary gain without written permission from the Songwriter via a contract signed by both parties.

Client may not make any alterations to the track(s) (edits, remixes, remasters) for redistribution without the Songwriter's approval.

Songwriter may showcase the track(s) made on their sites to promote their work at their discretion. Songwriter may not redistribute the track(s) to other Clients or for themselves for profit.

Client to visibly credit the Songwriter for the production of the track(s) commissioned. Client may not claim the commission as their own work.

Payment can be made via Stripe, or another means of payment discussed with and approved by the Songwriter.

Songwriter will not start on the commission if it has not been paid in full by the Client, unless stated otherwise in writing that was agreed upon by both parties.

Any services that are outside the current commission's agreement must be discussed between Songwriter and Client. A new commission must be created to cover these services.

All commissions can be accepted, refused, and/or cancelled at the Songwriter's discretion with full, partial, or no refund depending on the situation.

Cancellation from the Client at certain stages will be refunded by a percentage of what has been paid:

25% after the completion of the commission to Stage 1

10% after the completion of the commission to Stage 2

0% after the completion of the commission to Stage 3

Once the final package has been delivered, the commission is nonrefundable.

All commercial rights belong to Songwriter and the distribution of the commission is forbidden regardless of the stage of development if the commission was cancelled or refunded for any reason. This includes but not exclusively any sketches, samples, and drafts sent to the Client.

Songwriter works on a "first come, first serve" basis. If any Client requires express service, there will be an extra fee.

Songwriter does not claim to endorse or support everyone who purchases commissions from them.

If Client wishes for signed documentation of the commission, Songwriter can provide a letter of agreement covering the TOS, the price, and the details of the commission at the Client's request.

For permissions to distribute the commission or to transfer the master copyright owner, Clients must contact Songwriter for further discussion, followed by a written contract for both parties to sign.
